Pati Perkasa was born in Jakarta on July 12, 1981, as founder of INSTEREO Programming & Marketing Consultant. Pati has been working in the radio industry for more than 15 years where his career in the radio world began with an internship position at Prambors Radio Jakarta in 2001. Since then Pati has continued his career in the radio world which has become his life’s passion. Had to change the profession into the world of television as a producer and also a news presenter, in 2010 Pati returned to the world of radio. Radio 101.0 Jak fm is the radio that is the place for its comeback with the Program Manager position. In this place Pati learned a lot about formatted radio and worked with foreign radio consultants from all over the world. Success brought Jak fm with 1,000,000 listeners in 1 year which was the highest record for young adult radio segments in JABODETABEK in the Nielsen survey. In 2014, Pati was trusted to build a new radio 96.7 Hitz FM. A radio with a segment of young people in Jakarta. In just one year after launch, Pati managed to bring the Hitz FM team to become the radio with the highest listener growth in the Nielsen survey.
Panji Kristiaji started his career on radio as a broadcaster at HeartlineFM. After that Panji joined Mahaka Radio Group as an Audio Engineer. In this place he was trained by many production consultants from all over the world. Panji joined INSTEREO as a Production Consultant. With 10 years experience, he became a major radio production operator such as 98.7 Jakarta FM Gen, 101.0 Jak FM Jakarta and 96.7 Hitz FM Jakarta. Panji is one of the best radio production consultants in Indonesia in the use of Pro Tools software.
Rifai Sihite began his career in Sales in 2009 after joining B Channel TV. After more than 3 years in the world of television, he joined radio 101.0 Jak fm as a Senior Business Executive. In 2014, he joined radio 96.7 Hitz FM as an Account Supervisor and later became a Sales Manager. Rifai joined INSTEREO as a Business & Sales Consultant.
